Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring.
• Assist with customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and future leadership development.
