Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, training staff, and stepping in when needed to complete tasks.

The position requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with emphasis on food safety, cash handling, and strong communication. Benefits include tuition assistance, free food, and health insurance.

Competenze

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Possess a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Mansioni

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and daily safety checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available as needed.
