Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and assist with scheduling and basic office tasks.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• The Service Leader ensures a positive customer experience by maintaining safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeps the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Manages and trains crew, supports shifts, and monitors breaks and schedules.
• Resolves customer incidents and works to ensure positive experiences.
• Assists with office administration duties and paperwork as needed.
• Develops and cross-trains front-of-house Crew and supports performance reviews.
• Helps develop future Service Leaders and ensures proper supplies and equipment are available.
