Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training restaurant crew. You will keep the line clean and well organized, and actively support tasks when not busy.

The role includes monitoring safety practices, resolving incidents, and developing front-of-house staff. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and maintaining positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Support with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
