Qualifications

• Understanding and articulating Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew; assist with shift changes and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and in working order.
