Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive guest experience. You will supervise crew, maintain a clean line, and support shift scheduling and training across front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring food safety practices, and assisting with administrative tasks such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety policies and procedures.
• Experience handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to train and develop restaurant crew.
• Leadership skills for supervising shifts and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop front-of-house staff.
• Assist with office duties, banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
