Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the line organized with dependable equipment, train and develop front-line Crew, and assist with office duties as needed.

You must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, have cash handling knowledge, food safety awareness, and restaurant experience. This role is on-site at our locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.
• Ability to speak, read and write in the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; train and support crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with crew development and reviews.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and functioning.
