Job summary

Legal Sea Foods is hiring a Front of the House Manager to lead the guest experience in a fast-paced dining environment in Boston. You will direct daily FOH operations, mentor servers, bartenders, and hosts, and ensure service standards and cleanliness are maintained.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for hospitality. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in FOH management or supervision.
• Proven ability to lead a fast-paced team.
• Strong guest service orientation and hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and inspire service teams including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH collaboration.
