Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently.
• Manage seating chart, wait times, and reservations using OpenTable.
• Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries.
• Receive, process, and manage takeout orders and payments.
• Ensure proper packing and delivery of takeout orders.
• Maintain courteous front desk presence at all times.
