You will manage daily FOH operations, coach servers, bartenders, and hosts, and partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor ready to grow.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Coach, develop, and inspire service teams including servers, bartenders, and hosts
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational execution
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH collaboration
• Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management
