Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams, delivering best-in-class hospitality across the venue. The role combines two guest-facing operations, with responsibilities in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and developing staff, and overseeing game/bay experiences, dining, safety, and retail.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
Experience leading both Food & Beverage and guest-facing operations strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

Lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
Manage hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development for both departments.
Oversee game and bay operations, guest safety, and inventory.
