Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service with personal interaction.
• Trains crew on BEST customer experience and smooth checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and urgent issues.
• Responsible for opening/closing, cash security, and alarm setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs maintenance like cleaning and stock-room upkeep.
