Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supervise guest service standards and front-end operations.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales information.
• Process invoices, transfers, and beer/wine payments.
• Ensure cash office security and accurate cash counts.
• Monitor cashier performance and run till audits.
• Process guest orders to meet No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
