Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality; or 5 years of related management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Lead hospitality example; educate guests on products and services to provide convenient meal solutions; address guest concerns.
• Support inventories and sales reporting; manage front-end performance with routine audits.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of newly hired team members; support engagement activities.
• At times you will be responsible for total store operations or Manager on Duty (MOD).
