Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads the assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Leads front-end operations and ensures front-end merchandising meets brand standards.
• Ensures all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained to include services where applicable.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the store manager and partners with the management team on merchandising and recovery.
• Participates in recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Maintains stock and executes store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organization.
