Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for The Gunter Hotel in downtown San Antonio. You’ll lead a guest-focused front desk, ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, and set a welcoming tone that guests remember.

You’ll guide a team, handle VIP requests, manage reservations, and ensure safety and standards. Requires high school diploma and 2–3 years of supervisory hotel experience, valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid permissions.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Experience Pro: Greet guests warmly; handle check-ins/outs smoothly; manage reservations and VIP requests.
• Operations Maestro: Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure timely handling.
• Revenue & Rate Strategist: Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while keeping guests happy.
• Team Leader & Problem Solver: Lead and train associates; address guest concerns and maintain safety and standards.
