Job summary

The Gunter Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk, operated by Evolution Hospitality, is seeking a Server for the AM shift to contribute to a vibrant dining experience at a historic hotel in downtown San Antonio. You will take orders, serve with style, and ensure guests feel like VIPs while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, delivering accurate orders promptly, handling payments, and maintaining a spotless service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Know menu items, including ingredients and dietary needs, to guide guests confidently.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Handle transactions and close checks following security and company procedures.
• Keep the service area clean and organized, observing hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Maintain energy and composure while serving multiple tables.
