Job summary

Hyatt Place Park City, managed by Dreamscape Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and deliver guest satisfaction. You will supervise a team, manage check-ins/check-outs, and resolve issues while upholding service standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience in hotel front desk or supervisory roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency with hotel software and MS Office. This role is based on-site with teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management education is a plus.
• Previous hotel front desk or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have food handlers permit and Alcohol TIPs training.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure efficient, professional check-in/check-out processes.
• Address guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain guest records and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained front desk area.
• Assist with marketing and promotions as needed.
• Uphold hotel policies and safety procedures.
