Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a front desk supervisor who leads a guest-focused team at one of our Miami area properties. You will ensure exceptional service, manage guest check-ins/outs, and uphold brand standards while maintaining Concord's values.

Key responsibilities include handling reservations, supervising lobby operations, and supporting yield management. The role emphasizes proactive, caring leadership and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper telephone etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist in yield management.
• Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Have knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
