Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a trained crew. You will keep a clean line, monitor safety, and help with scheduling and training. You’ll also contribute to office tasks and stock management to support smooth operations.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and developing future Service Leaders while offering benefits and competitive pay.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s philosophy.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and cash handling policies.

Mansioni

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety protocols.
• Monitor line time/temperature and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties and maintain equipment and supplies.
