The role requires leadership in food safety, crew coaching, and daily operations support. This is a hands-on, on-site position within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
