Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. You will maintain a clean, organized line and support food safety and staff development.

The role requires standing during shifts, training responsibilities, and collaboration across front-of-house teams to deliver a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help to resolve customer incidents and foster positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and ensure supplies are available.
