Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• High school diploma is required
• Restaurant experience is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment
• Supervise crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development
• Handle banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order
