Job summary

Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team, own the floor, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate great service into loyal guests and a strong team culture.

As a key on-floor leader, you will support daily operations, coach staff, maintain standards, and work closely with the General Manager to drive sales and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to uphold standards.
• Work 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
