Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a fast-paced team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, control costs, and cultivate a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere on the floor.

The role requires leadership, strong hospitality skills, and a hands-on approach to managing shift operations, inventory, and service standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay calm and composed while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to uphold high standards.
• Commit to 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
