This role demands energy, accountability, and a passion for hospitality as you drive sales, control costs, and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team, ensuring shifts run smoothly and guest experiences are consistently memorable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to uphold high standards.
• Commit to 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
