Job summary

Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold service excellence in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to drive sales, control costs, and create an environment where guests and employees feel valued.

The role requires strong leadership, energy, accountability, and a passion for hospitality, with the opportunity to grow with a dynamic restaurant brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to uphold high standards.
• Work 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
