Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and by keeping the restaurant crew well trained and focused on outstanding customer service. The role requires staying on your feet while clocked in, and stepping in to help with tasks when not busy.

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
