Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and by training the restaurant crew. The role requires standing on the line, clocked in, and stepping in to assist when not busy.

You will help ensure great food, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety policies while supporting shift changes and crew development.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiar with food safety health department matters.
• Able to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line.
• Address customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
