Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; support readiness on shifts.
• Supervise and train the restaurant crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Support with office administration tasks and banking policies.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper quantities.
