• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, daily safety checklist.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.

• Cross-train front of house crew and assist with performance reviews.
