Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained. The role requires staying on your feet, maintaining a clean line and monitoring equipment.

You will support crew breaks and shifts, assist with training, and help with office duties while contributing to a culture of exceptional service and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and customer experiences remain positive.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Support crew training, breaks, shift changes and line schedules; develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork and ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
