Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served while keeping the restaurant line organized and crew well trained.

You will supervise the front-of-house team, monitor line schedules, and participate in admin tasks as needed. The role requires knowledge of food safety policies, cash handling, and strong communication in English.

• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks
• Ability to speak/read/write English in a work environment

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and equipment functioning; supervise crew on the floor.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support front-of-house training and performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties and ensure supplies and banking policies are followed.
