Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused. The role requires standing on the floor, supervising line operations, and stepping in to complete tasks when needed.

You will bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and safety standards are met.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor line equipment and keep the area clean and organized.
• Supervise crew breaks, shift changes, and scheduling; support training.
• Develop front-of-house crew and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and banking/policies.
