You’ll bring restaurant experience, cash handling knowledge, and a passion for food safety. The position emphasizes leadership development and administrative support within a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
• Ability to train and develop crew.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are in stock.
