Job summary

You will join the store leadership, supervise the floor, support hiring and coaching, and ensure daily sales goals are met while fostering an inclusive, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Eligible to work in the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Oversee store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to reach sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Coach team members and provide in-the-moment recognition.
