lululemon—The Guest Experience Lead will ensure every guest receives an exceptional in-store experience by delivering technical product education and connecting customers with our brand.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive daily sales, mentor teammates, participate in hiring, and supervise on duty to optimize store performance while upholding our inclusive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor and drive an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.
• Provide technical product education to articulate the value of our products to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and lead the floor to meet store needs and goals.
• Review daily business data and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and hands-on development of teammates.
