You will participate in hiring, provide constructive feedback, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team that connects with guests through authentic service. The role requires 1 year retail experience and availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
