Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. This on-site role oversees daily dining services and staff, ensuring superb guest experiences and high standards in food presentation and service.

The position requires leadership, scheduling, and strong customer focus to maintain client satisfaction, while coordinating events and maintaining safety and quality controls. Part-time hours with a flexible schedule are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years' experience in similar position
• Specialized catering training

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards and/or arrange for equipment purchases or repairs.
• Build and maintain a working 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• Assist with events planning and catering execution.
• Ensure safety, food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards.
