Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality seeks a Guest Experience Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supervising staff, and ensuring quality food presentation.

You will help plan events, manage schedules, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen and service environment. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay via direct deposit, and opportunities for growth within the NEXDINE family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure standards; arrange repairs or purchases as needed.
• Build and maintain a 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• May purchase food and supplies and maintain vendor relationships for efficient operation.
• Assist with determining staff requirements and scheduling for timely service delivery.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, uniforms, and productivity standards.
• Assist with event menu writing and cost controls with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Assist with the production of food.
• Plan and coordinate various events per client standards with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Set-up and breakdown of catering events; supervise staff during execution.
• Meet with prospective clients to review event requirements, menus, and scheduling.
