NEXDINE is hiring a Guest Experience Supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee the guest experience and ensure exceptional service and presentation of food. You will supervise dining staff, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Specialized catering training.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Choke Safety Certification.
• Allergen Awareness Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise cooks, servers and staff; schedule and train.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and proper food handling.
• Assist with event planning, menu creation and catering setup.
• Maintain vendor relations and inventory records.
