NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in Dallas, TX. The role oversees guest experience, manages staff, and ensures exemplary customer service with high standards for food presentation and client satisfaction.

The position requires weekend availability, full-time schedule, and a pay rate of $20.00–$22.00 per hour with weekly direct deposit. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to standards and arrange for purchases/repairs.
• Build and maintain a 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• May purchase food and/or supplies to ensure efficient operation and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with determining staff requirements and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Assist with event menu writing and cost control in conjunction with Chef Manager/ Chef.
• Assist in production of food and coordinate events per client standards.
• Set-up and breakdown of catering events; supervise staff during events.
