Job summary

NexDine in Goshen, IN is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead daily dining services and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

You will supervise kitchen and service staff, assist with event setups, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with the General Manager or Chef to deliver high-quality service. This full-time role offers a stable schedule, weekly pay, health benefits, and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Choke Safety Certification.
• Allergen Awareness Certification.
• Preferred: Culinary school certificate or degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards and/or arrange for equipment purchases or repairs.
• Build and maintain a working 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• May purchase food and/or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation and quality control of received products.
• Assist with determining staff requirements and scheduling necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and uniform guidelines are maintained.
• Assist with event menu writing and costing in conjunction with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Assist with planning, execution, and coordination of events and catering.
• Supervise staff during events and assist with setup/breakdown.
