Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a top-tier customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained staff. You will keep the dining line clean, organized, and well-maintained, and assist with crew scheduling and training.

The role requires on-your-feet work, plus contributing to office tasks as needed. Strong candidates bring cash handling, food safety knowledge, and restaurant experience; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to understand Chipotle’s policies and maintain high standards of food safety.
• Experience handling cash and operating front-of-house systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Previous restaurant experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant crew well trained and provide good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies are ordered and equipment remains in working order.
