Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a fast-paced crew, keep the line organized, and monitor equipment function.

The role involves training team members, coordinating breaks and shifts, and supporting administrative duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with a passion for food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized and ensure line equipment is functioning
• Supervise crew, coordinate breaks and shift changes, and assist with scheduling
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders
• Support office tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork as needed
• Monitor food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks
