Job summary

Big Al’s Milpitas, CA is seeking friendly Guest Service Team Members to greet guests, assist with bowling gear, and keep the venue safe, clean, and fun. You’ll handle transactions, upsell experiences, and contribute to a lively guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with a POS system (Toast/Brunswick/Embed a plus).
• Strong guest service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Able to upsell and handle transactions confidently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests like VIPs and assist with bowling gear and arcade games.
• Help with food running, hosting, cleaning, and other duties as needed.
• Handle transactions and promote deals to upsell experiences.
