Big Al’s Guest Service Team Members welcome guests like VIPs and help with bowling gear, arcade games, and more to keep the experience fun. You’ll jump in for food running, hosting, cleaning, and handle transactions with confidence while upselling experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service with a friendly, confident demeanor.
• Able to handle sales transactions and upsell experiences.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests like VIPs and assist with bowling gear, arcade games, and more.
• Jump in wherever needed: food running, hosting, cleaning, etc.
• Handle transactions with confidence and upsell experiences.
• Promote deals and maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for all.
