Job summary

Big Al’s Inc in Meridian, ID is hiring Guest Service Team Members to greet guests, assist with bowling gear and arcade games, and support food running, hosting, and cleaning. You will handle transactions and promoting fun experiences while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• POS system experience or willingness to learn Toast, Brunswick or Embed.
• Excellent guest service skills and a friendly, confident demeanor.
• Strong team player who collaborates well with others.
• Ability to handle sales transactions and upsell experiences.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification
• Must be available for weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities
