You will drive NPS, oversee services, boutiques, and retail, and coach associates to meet performance goals while adhering to company policies and standards. A cosmetology license and leadership experience elevate candidacies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen for top-line growth and payroll control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive guest experience and Net Promoter Score through coaching and programs.
• Manage staffing, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate operations to meet store goals and attendance policies.
