Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology licensing/hair services knowledge not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales growth and guest satisfaction (NPS).
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll within budget.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
